Never Too Early

After almost two month of trainning, I can tell you that mornig is the best time to train.Yeah, you can be tired because you woke up early, but you are more focus on what you do because you didn't think about all your day. You also fell relax all your day when you train in the morning.Personnaly, after one month, I'm no tired after my trainning and I'm able to do all my day with enough energy.

  1. It seems like the perfect time to train or work out, but I think it would be hard to jump in a cold pool so early in the morning, especially in the winter, no?
